having a look on preliminary specs seems developed on BCM xx650 basis

judging by the pictures inside bcm85110 or bcm85650

on fccid - there are internal photos UBT-T and UBT-S, but the quality is bad.

I think it will be the BCM85652 uWave Modem. The BCM85110 was more for E-Band radios.
