Default Poor X2 Handover Execution Success Rate

    Hello Experts,
system is Nokia, facing Poor X2 Handover Execution Success Rate after traffic increase across the network(Degraded from 98% to 96% on network level) with majority of cells impacted. Please suggest soft parameters/features to improve on PLMN level.Basic checks done with no PCI conflict/confusion and X2 links are available as well.
Have been tuning CIO and far neighbour blacklisting but that is not improving on PLMN level.Help please.

Hi , Issue is with Handover execution so basically it doesn't seems to be problem from resource crunch. MRO feature will help to adjust offset , What about RACH SR ?
