MTM800E and NGCH

Can someone direct me to how to make NGCH boot?
The radio is ok, the NGCH is ok, will simply not boot,
i have all the cable needed for programming,
(3071810M01, GMKN4067B and HKN6184C) and the right CPS V7.4

I did erase the NGCH memory, after that i do not make the NGCH boot.
Have ALL that is needed for programming radio, just need to get access to program NGCH for programming.
