    Default handover optimization

hello guys. not sure you are facing the same. situation is this; we have some unstable mme links and handover is affected but there´s no direct link with alarms or nothing. ive checked almost any counter or table. we have situation where 2 cells pointing in the same direction are failing to perform inter-freq ho and then after some hours is normal 100%
    very strange...
I deeply suspect of a sw issue like a bug but at the moment i cant prove it...
so if anyone came with this situation please share some inside info
    thanks

hi oswe, this happen same location site and same sector but different cell (tech) that impact to inter-freq HOSR?

usually we have 2 layers... 1800 and 700 mhz. let´s say i,j,k and e,f,g... sometimes you get j->f (same sector different layer) attempts and low success rate..
for some hours you get lot of failures.. and is counted in MRO early type 1 ho, etc...the funny thing is that is not expected when will happen.
so you start applying offsets (cio offset ) or blocking neighbors to avoid those situations but is not correct , we are talking of the same sector here...

hi oswe, yes we have same condition also, we have FDD and TDD collocated site but usually failure is from FDD to TDD. We already try to change CIO, is improve the HOSR but due to sample increased, not due to failure reduce.

for example, today morning early morning... suddenly you get this... no cause at all and looks stucked to a certain value.
i believe perhaps destiny cell is getting deff and many attempts are done on a certain loop. very stressing....
