You have many options to use:
* You can direct import you cell infos and export kml from your post processing tool (Assistant, Actix, N.Analyze or TDD)
* Use Mapinfo, there are some mbx tools can convert your processed sites (sitesee) to convert to kml.
* Alternatively, you can process also from Global Mapper to convert to kml
