Wrong measurement of Timing Advance in 2G (TA)

Dear Expert,

In 2G cluster drive we are facing wrong measurement of TA, inter site distance is 300-400 meter no overshooting or blockage.
Even less then 100 m far from serving cell TA value is 2, while it should be TA-0, we test with different UE with in 250m TA value showing 1 or 2.

Need your support on this issue.
