I am looking for the best tool for plot sites in Google Earth. This sites have multiple technologies (GSM,WCDMA,LTE) and multiple bands (850, 1900) and multiple carriers

Hi.
I am not expert on this issue.
But I know a simple way to show your sites in Google Earth.
Only you need a KML file with your sites and follow the Google Earth instructions:

Try to use forsk atoll with it Google earth export add-in
