Nokia Netact: Adobe Flash Player end of life issue

Dear Nokia Experts,

We're using Nokia Netact system to monitor KPI of 2G&3G&4G network. But since 2021, we've could not to query KPI report because of Adobe Flash Player end of life. Anybody has the same trouble like me. Please show me the way to resolve this my trouble. For detail, please see the attachment image.

I had the same issue, Windows 10 does not support newest release Adobe Flash player. Issue was resolved by installing old Firefox version 69.0 and Flash Player 32.0.0.270

Thankyou , it worked for me with Firefox version 82 and Flash player 32.0.0.270. Please don't forget to uncheck update in option setting , otherwise it will update explorer and your PM module will again show end of life error.

Now you can't use google chrome to access Neact because Google chrome is not supported Flash
You should use firefox release 83 and adobe flash (firefox check for update but let you choose to install them)
Then you open installed folder of adobe flash and find "mms.cfg" then insert the following option SilentAutoUpdateEnable=0
AutoUpdateDisable=1
EnableAllowList=1
AllowListUrlPattern=https://netact address
