Just ran through the process and documented it as I went. It's pretty much what schepke wrote. But here it is anyway with some additional detail.

    Run the licenceserver.exe file
Copy the the 3 files in the crack folder into the installation folder that was created from licenceserver.exe before you run the LicenceServerManagementTool. Location defaults to c:\HTZ\License Server

    Run LicenceServerManagementTool.exe
After start, click the key icon on the left side, and then click the reload icon (arrows in a circle) on the right side.
Close the window that popped up showing No licence file found.

For HTZwarfare, Go to the Licence Server installation folder and rename the file with "HTZW" and extension of "flic" in the filename, to be "licence.flic"
After start, click the key icon on the left side, and then click the reload icon (arrows in a circle) on the right side.
Screen fields should be populated with details pulled from the licence.flic. Note the "Srv Port" number. It it is not 5122, you will need it later.

Click the gear icon on the left side and then click on "install service"
If the service Status is "STOPPED", it means that the service is installed but is not running.
To start the service, click on the play icon (triangle to the left of "install service").
Should result in status = RUNNING

Now run the "HTZwarfarex64_INSTALL.msi" which should have been downloaded using the links in the "Downloads" file.
I run the installation file on the same PC as the Licence Server.
Once install finishes, Launch the HTZwarfare software.
    Click on "Activate Software"
    Click on "Licence Server"
If on same machine as Licence Server enter 127.0.0.1 as the IP address and click activate.
If the Srv port number is not 5122, I think you need to enter the IP address in the format of [ADDRESS]:[PORT] ie. 127.0.0.1:5123
If you put the licence server on a different machine, you'll need to enter that machines IP address and probably will also need to change the Licence Server machine's inbound port firewall settings to match the "Srv Port" number.

    Should show Activation Successful.

Seems saving the project to the earlier format doesn't work in the newer versions of HTZ. Try this process out which uses Audit:

    “File” > “Audit project …”
Then enter a path under “Location” for the files
Enter details against “Archive ID” (I just use "1")
Then tick boxes for .GEO (dtm) .BLG (building) and .SOL (clutter) and run the audit.
Hopefully you get a pop up “Export Complete”

Go to the path entered under location and there should be a folder with the details from “Archive ID”.
In the folder, should be the GEO, BLG and SOL files which globalmapper with the ATDI plugin can convert into files for Atoll. Both these apps have numerous mentions in the forums.

Thanks for the support but unfortunately there is only *.GEO file no .BLG and .SOL files are there after the export is completed.
I am using the Global Mapper 16 and ATDI plugin I tried to find but not working.
If you have the availability I can send you message inbox.
    Thankx
