    Default UL Coverage in TD-LTE

    Hi Guys,

I am looking for some help to improve UL Coverage in TD-LTE. I tried to explore an option of enabling TTI Bundling but I found out that my network has type 2 frame configuration which doesn't support TTI Bundling (as per 3GPP Standard only Type 0,1 & 6 Configuration supports it in TDD). Can someone please advise what other option I have in order to improve UL in TDD ?

Vendor is Nokia so appreciate if some documentation is shared if there is any specific feature available.

    thanks

Based on the RRU/Antenna used, you can enable Rx diversity and IRC. Both of them are licensed in our case, not sure whats with Nokia in that regard. A more advanced version of IRC is something called "smart IRC" at Huawei, if you have 4 or more antenna chains, you can use this and it can mitigate some interference with "coloring". Similar tech is likely available with Nokia too.
