MTM5400 RECOVERY

Hi Everyone,

I have an MTM5400 that is corrupted and I don't have a backup codeplug to do recovery. I have however managed to create a backup file using the other radio with the same version. (changed serial number and TEI) to be that of a radio I am trying to recover. The problem is when I try to restore the radio, I get the following message on the restore window;

The radio has the following backup codeplug that misses the corresponding software:
938TUE2904_0865_9274_4736000500000080003F144218013030.cpe / 08/24/2023 15:16:39: Codeplug Version: 0865, Expected Software: R27.010.9274

Anyone knows what could be the problem?

You must install firmware package which has R27.010.9274 in it. Look for MR17.0_NonE2E_TEA1_FW9274_R07402015.rpk
