    Hello Experts,

I am looking at E**** pmPrbUtilDl OSS counters data and see the following matrix (below). How to caluclate the PRB utilization ?

    I am using the formula:
    (pmPrbUtilDl_1 (59) * average_util (4.5%) + pmPrbUtilDl_2 (1) * average_util (14.5%) + ..... ) / 60 = 4.6%

but I could also use the maximum
    (pmPrbUtilDl_1 (59) * average_util (9%) + pmPrbUtilDl_2 (1) * average_util (19%) + ..... ) / 60 = 9.2%

So the utilization can really be anything between 4.6% to 9.2% .... what is the consensus on the value to use?

Maybe I shall use the maximum to be on the most restrictive side.
    Hour Vector: pmPrbUtilDl pmPrbUtilDl
    0 0 - 9 Utilization % 59
    0 10 - 19 Utilization % 1
    0 20 - 29 Utilization % 0
    0 30 - 39 Utilization % 0
    0 40 - 49 Utilization % 0
    0 50 - 59 Utilization % 0
    0 60 - 69 Utilization % 0
    0 70 - 79 Utilization % 0
    0 80 - 89 Utilization % 0
    0 90 - Utilization % 0

As I understand correct, you talr about prb utilization average and by busy hour.
You can use average for kpis, but maximum for analyzing problems on network such congested cells
