Overlapping calls - 2G (interfere with other calls)

please your support for a serious problem in 2G

NE : Huawei BSC6900


Description = Overlapping calls

when Party-A calling Party-B
during the conversation Party-A can,t hear party-B (silent)

but Party-B hear 2 another persons talking but they can,t hear Party-B


if any one have same problem , Please share it

or any one have Suggestions about the reasons of this problem
