    Dears,

    Could you kindly help me to understand well what is PDCCH DL Grant
    How it impact Throughput?
    When to say it is low or good from DT?

    DL PDCCH Grant is time domain entity
    1TTI in LTE =1ms
    So in 1 sec we have 1000 TTI or 1000 DL PDCCH Grant which is being shared by multiple users.
    While Drive Test if you are achieving grant close to 1000(which meant you are the only user) you will get higher throughput.

    If it is low it means that other users are being scheduled on the same TTIs so the cell is loaded. In the case, you should offload the cell (add capacity, reduce cell coverage, ...)
