Ghost RACH optimization - LTE Nokia

Dears,
I have an issue regarding contention based RACH SR (MSG3/MSG1) degraded for multiple cell.
Different actions were taken but with no positive results (RSI pLan, Downtilt overshooting cells)
We are suspecting ghost rach issue (phantom rach). Any way to confirm this? Any optimization action to overcome it?
