TSMW/TSME6 are good reliable scanners for daily work.
But with TEMS they lack Spectrum Scan, Network Scan and Enhanced power scan.
They also have less "scan points" and can not perform MIMO 4x4 (TSME6 can do MIMO 4x4 if you use several scanners)

Personally I would choose PCTEL everytime over R&S scanner but if budget is constrained R&S will work without any issues if you just require GSM RSSI Scan,WCDMA CPICH Scan and LTE Signal Scan.

if you want to test the one channel's RSSI in lab, TSMW is good for that, but, if you want to scan the network for RF optimization, just forget the Rohde & Schwarz, the co-channel de-moduation capability is quite poor, for example, in LTE, same EARFCN, serving cell is -70dBm RSRP, neighbor is -80dBm RSRP, you can not decode the neighbor's PCI.

    cisnspro is right.
Also selectivity is not really great. The R&S TSMW is not really worth the money.

If you could, go for the PC-tel
