4G E// L20 Baseline checking

Dear members,

I would like to as if you know any free "reachable" tool that can be used to check the 4G E// export (from ENM) against a baseline paramters?
I have Nepa 5.3.0 but it does not load the xml. another tool "Boda" is not yet well doveloped to handle baseline.

All suggestions are appreciated.
