LTE White Papers

Hi all,

First post....I'm currently looking at LTE planning and throught these white papers from 3G americas would be of use to some people here. The MIMO LTE vs HSPA+ release 8 is a good document. I'll start to gather other specifics/manuals etc to upload soon.
