L=2 M 0-12
L=2.6 M 0- 8
WHICH THE LINE NUMBER IS MECHANICAL TILT?

it is a tilt mechanism of a panel antenna with 3 scales of values for different lengths of “possibly antennas”. Scale values are measured in what?

That's an Antenna Bracket type F<ASMDT0F01>
1.4,2.0,2.6 is the "Antenna bases distance (m)" based on whatever distance you set you use corresponding tilt Scale
