Hi Dimitry. I would like to further clarify my understanding and correct me if I am wrong.
1. The Cell Parameter Pmax is Power per Port. Correct?
2. If I have 64 Tx or 64 PAs, then the total Power per Cell will be linear sum of all these 64 Ports with each Port at Pmax.
As an example if I set Cell Power as 25 dBm, then total Cell Power will be 25 + 10 x log10 (64)= 25 + 18.06 = 43.06 dBm.
3. The total EIRP will be 43.06 dBm + Antenna gain so if Antenna gain is 15 dBi, then EIRP= 58.06 dBm.
Now in the case of CBRS, The base station is limited to 47 dBm/10 MHz EIRP (Total).
For 60 Mhz of BW, that means 47 + 7.77 dB so I can go up to 54.77 dBm EIRP.
For E/// Massive MIMO which can have 16 user beams, I can go up another 12 dB since this rule is per beam so I can go upto 66.81 dBm.
Now if Antenna gain is 20 dB, my total Tx Power for cell can be 46.81 dBm.
Now per port for 64 port massive mimo, I can go to 46.81 - 18.06 = 28.75 dbm.
I am putting this value as cell Power in cell tab of Atoll.
I am linking the e/// 6488 cbrs massive mimo test report as well.
look at page 18 for the cclcs i followed.
Please give me ur opinion as this is an interesting topic.

Similarly if I follow ur logic for SSS EPRE, the value for 60 MHz NR channel should be
28.75 - 35.56= -6.8 dbm?
Again appreciate if anyone can help demistify this.
