    what is the solution to solve High TCP Utilization rather than MaxTxPower Upgrade

    try to activate below features
    1- DPCH Power Control Based on Radio Quality
    2-DPCH Maximum Power Restriction
    also can decrease the Power Margin thd,try to balance traffic between layers......,

    Hi,

    It does not impact Handover , there might be risk of loosing indoor coverage and network to network it may vary depending to site to site distance and the frequency band. Implementing in 4 different networks the gain everywhere (all type of cluster) was more than side effect .Moreover due to spectrum curving for higher technologies these days in the world it is unavoidable to bear with some disadvantage before WCDMA sunset

    i change it also in my network and badly impacted the HO and recovered after rollback the BCH Power to default value ,thanks

    It depend how much you reduced it . Tell me your pre and post value relative to P-CPICH
