I read on 5G RAN NR Protocols and Procedures_Ch5.pdf page 15,
is it true in EN-DC mobility not possible for Mobility NR leg cell A -> NR leg Cell B?.
NR leg have to released due to RLF and ue reporting B1 again for new NR Cell. Seems UE will drag with NR Coverage while waiting RLF

That description is only specific to that release 18Q4.

do you have any idea for updated release? is it the condition still same? i mean mobility not possible for Mobility SgNB change without RLF.

I am sharing Huawei Mobility overview document where it is clearly mentioned that In 3GPP, intra-SgNB change (cells under the same gNodeB after the change) and inter-SgNB change (cells under different gNodeBs after the change) are supported while there is a possibility that currently vendors are not able to deploy it in there Current versions.
