[ASK] Add F2 or F3 UMTS ZTE ??

i wondering what to be considered if i need to add F2 or F3 to an existing 3G ZTE,
what kind parameter to be added or configure,

if anyone have script sample or SOP regarding this subject, please kindly share ...

for your information we used 3G dump OPTIM version R4V12 or template v2 for dump PLAN
