Samsung ShannonDM software - who has access to it?

Can anyone tell me, would any person outside the Samsung corporation have access to the ShannonDM test application? I know it needs a license in order to run it, but it would be useful to me just to be able to examine the executable files.
(Need version 2.x, already found v1.5.1.2 on a file-sharing website.)
