5G inactivity timer

Hello:
can anyone tell me which is the command to modify the inactivity timer in 5G NSA and which is the equivalent command for 4G?
I have been trying to find it myself but not able, I have found the option in the Globalprocedure switch command to release the RRC conneciton but Imnot able to find the timer
