Call Drop VoLTE Due To UE Lost With Good Radio Condition
Dear Expert,
We face an issue related to drop VoLTE call continuously due to UE lost with good radio condition (vendor E//). It happened continuously at sometimes ( with some models: SAMSUNG SM-M205G/DS,SAMSUNG SM-N975F/DS...).
Example log trace 4G VoLTE E//. Cell has 14 drops VoLTE/ 74 attempt, all drops belong to 1 UE (SAMSUNG SM-M205G/DS).
1. Radio condition: RSRP ~ -95 dBm, RSRQ ~ -12 dB.
2. Time: Sometime but if occur it drops continuously.
3. Model: SM-M205G/DS
Included log celltrace, help me figure out root cause (parameter, device). Thank you very much.

Re: Call Drop VoLTE Due To UE Lost With Good Radio Condition
UE models from different manufacturers have a diverse range of RxLev (RSCP or RSRQ) sensitivities. If the tests on a different UE reveal no drops, it means the Samsung UE has issues either with software upgrades that does not "drive" the UE correctly to detect the radio levels and conditions...or there is a bug in the operating systems upgrade (either by the carrier and UE manufacturer-SAMSUNG here).

Re: Call Drop VoLTE Due To UE Lost With Good Radio Condition
It is good to joint test and have both UE and network log for troubleshooting.
