    Question ******** CPS 850S backup

    Hello,

Just a quick question, how do I perform a full backup of a codeplug via CPS 7.3 (depot available) for an MTP850s?
So that I can restore it in case of write error?

There is a restore radio function, but it cant find any valid restore files.
And before I try something (stupid maybe) I want to make sure I have a complete full backup in case of bricking.

    Regards

    Hi,

You can check your options settings, to let CPS auto-restore defective radios (if you have backups), by default, the cps makes a local copy for all CP read or loaded (even if they are password protected by the way).
You can export all datas from File Menu / Export.
You can use the 'FlashReport' option from LAB menu too.
