    Hi all

    how can we test OTT app like whatsapp, viber...?
    can we get KPI like call setup time , MOS, drop call?

    Most drive test equipment vendors provide support for this, you just need the license for that feature.

    Thank you. in case we setup Whatsapp voice call, which value should i set for call duraion, time out and interval time?
