Hi everyone

please share your expericence related to network performance and customer experience monitoring
beside using KPI/counter to monitor the network, some operator use Service Assurance solution which collect and process PM, CM , FM and others information to monitor the net
is there any solution that help us monitor network performance? especically monitor our customer experience?
