Here we are reducing RSSI by reducing pwr of PDSCH Type A symbols. Could share Avg CQI

Also, how this may enhance UL IBLER ?

Now, Why not setting PA,PB to (-6,3) ? Based on RSRQ formula we will get less RSSI and then better RSRQ and SINR but we are affecting the PDSCH symbols pwr and there will be a PWR GAP between RS and PDSCH.

I think keeping the same PWR for RS and PDSCH is the optimal pwr setting with PA/PB =0,0
