    Question High RRC Failures - Nokia - eNB Internal Failure

    Hi, I have observed increase in SIGN_CONN_ESTAB_FAIL_ENB_INT counter which is causing poor RRC & Data Setup success rate. Anybody can please advise what could be the reason for it? As far as Nokia documentation is concerned then it suggests "Number of Signaling Connection Establishment Requests rejected due to eNB Internal failure" Does it mean this is a Hardware fault ? Thanks

    It can be a hardware fault, but the counter isn't specific enough for that. It could also be a software bug. Have you checked the eNB for any alarms?
