Dear I have uninstalled my old MI v17.0.3 and installed the new one after restart my PC
but when I try to open it. it doesn't even open

did anyone face this issue? any idea how to fix

The Mapinfo Pro version v17. 0. 5 is installed and starts normally.

Pro V17.0.5 version here. i was able to download, and replaced micore but it is not opening even somehow..

You need to perform the following steps: 1. install MapInfo Pro 17.0.4 64bit. msi; 2. do not update the program via the Internet. 3. update to MapInfo Pro version 17.0.5
from the Update folder; 4. install micore_ux.dll to the installed folder
