Huawei subcounters in the DCR calculation

Hi Huawei experts,

Can you please help with understanding what the subcounters are for the following two DCR Calculations:

L.E-RAB.AbnormReleNB	L.E-RAB.AbnormRel.HOOut+L.E-RAB.AbnormRel.Radio+L.E-RAB.AbnormRel.TNL+L.E-RAB.AbnormRel.Cong+L.E-RAB.AbnormRel.HOFailure
L.E-RAB.AbnormRel.MME	L.EMC.E-RAB.AbnormRel.HoOut+L.EMC.E-RAB.Abnormrel+L.UECNTX.AbnormRel+L.E-RAB.AbnormRel.PLMN+L.E-RAB.AbnormRel.HOOut.PLMN

and, are these specific for each QCI class, and if not, if for say VoLTE does it consider QCI5 and then QCI1, QCI5 AND QCI1, QCI1 only - very little info available.
