HO degrade

Hi Experts,
I'am facing an issue with the Handover, It degrade over the BSC(E*******) to 90%, with increase in Frame delay over the A interface (AOIP), and increase in SF in The RTBs.
Did anyone face this problem before, Could you point me to the root cause of this problem.

Hi mate,

Just curious what is the reason you can be sure degraded HOSR triggered by Frame Delay and increased SF ?

1. Have you check number relation before vs after degradation ?
2. Have you check which band GSM or DCS mostly degradation occurred ?
3. Have you check worst cell coming from New or Existing Sites ?
