Please give your information about external data cards for TI 8. What data cards are supported?

I think all Qualcom based cards are supported (i.e. Huawei cards), u need to activate the diagnostic port and that's all.

As mentioned all Qualcomm based data products can be used. Popular manufacturers are..

Option (DM port enabled by default)
Huawei (DM port enabled by AT command AT^U2DIAG=0)
Sierra Wireless (DM port enabled by default)
Novatel (DM port enabled by default)
