Is there big differences between the vendors HW, ESN and Nokia to level of parameters or improves for CSI Reporting Modes?

This question is unclear because CSI includes many UE reports like CQI, RI and PMI. This is highly dependent on how the eNB SWbis configured, like what TM mode is used, PUCCH resource assignments for SR and CQI.
For HW, I think the Radio receiver sensitivity may play a role here if there is a PMI feedback is configured but I will leave this to someone will more experience on this topic.

My conclusion will be how you configured the software and how vendor code their software have a bigger impact on CSI than the hardware itself.
