as i told before - you CAN'T not recode 1-in-1 if you is not DEVELOPER. the generation part not included in sentinel rms sdk since 8.6+ anymore (just search link to my post before). but you can make the fake recoder with sone patch/proxy/etc. but all licenses is not original.

attached info for you. ls_1 is original and can be decoded, ls_2 is fake and cant be decoded with tools from sdk
