keygen is working for future versions within certain period (generally 1 year or so), until actix changed the license version. I always told this
I never told it is working forever for future version . nobody has such solution.

are you more happy to use the solution which is only work for one specific version?
or do you have any better solution than mine?

I dont need a new license key and i don't want to pay money for that .. i need below files for actix 2019 november or other versions. I'am trying to figure out how to generate a new key for tool. for that i need below files ( who have already buyed a licence from seller. ) please contact me we can help each other.

you are possibly wasting your time- such cracks are generally protected using third party tools like vmp or winlicense. it is not possible to figure out the crack details even for an experienced reverse engineer.
if you want to have your own solution, better start your own investigation from the scratch
