Enmscripting not found when import

Hello expert..

Calling from E// equipment user.
Anyone using scripting on ENM have issue for import Enmscripting module ?
Wondering How I can trace where "no module define" problem that I am sure this issue not coming from python .

Really appreciate for any share common issue.
