Name of that tool is "plan_checker" ? I saw it once time from a engineer of Nokia vendor , it's so great . If that tool is "plan _checker" , plz give me that tool , and form ( excel , txt ) input to check KPI , SC ? Can u help me ?

I am new member and cant download it so please can you share it on any other links like www.4shared.com...

1. Check Frequency Plan.
2. Check BSIC-BCCH plan.
3. Check Neighbor plan.
4. Create add and delete neighbor list in excel fomat just by selecting from the map.
5. Display KPIs on map from any excel or text file without complications.
6. Display C/I for any drive test log file from any program.
7. Better than MCOM and Gtool.
