sleeping cell 4G
Hi all,
I have been looking for a method to detect sleeping cells in E// 4G, but I've read very different things.
Which are the criteria that define a sleeping cell for 4G in e//?
Thanks

Re: sleeping cell 4G
Hi, thanks for the answers.
But, why if MSG-3 = 0 we have a sleeping cell?
MSG-3 is an UE originated message, isn't it?

If There is no MSG 2 then for sure there will be no message 3 means Sleeping Cell...... No Comparison between MSG 1 and other later messages
