Why Actix closes when I click to display on map

Hi, have you guys any idea why actix shuts down when I try to display attribute on map??I tried disconnecting internet but still the problem persists.I am using "actix_55_344947_kg" to create lsrvc file.using the below version.Analyzer Update -02 x64_-02-20_354.355Thank you for your help and suggestion

Do you encountered it when you using a superstream ? if yes, it is a crash bug in old version, and it last for a long while.you should try another version or try to merge file before you load it

I even encountered when not using any superstream. Only when click on map option it crashes. I am using "Analyzer Update -02 x64_-02-20_354.355".Could you share the more updated one that may work with the attached med, as I do not have any other med except this.

The Cr***** version has this issue that it tries to connect to internet once you display maps and if it can't find internet connection it closes.
