RMS 8.1 license is starting with *B,I have tried with 8.0,but it is not working.

Are you sure you've put in all information in your 8.0 license?

Are challenges used?

Is vendor-info correct?

Did you patch version inside target ?

.....

.....

(so many questions remain.....)

the problem is ...

still don't have a tool to manage this stuff ...

i got solution also for this.
i think u may used lsdecode from Sentinel RMS SDK 8.0..but there is no info about vendorID
which tool can extract vendor ID from encrypted license string?slmdec103.exe is not working.

I believe somehow VID can be extracted by debugging the software itself

The problem is even though you have the VID, still useless without SDK 8.1 or 8.2 to generate license ( SDK 8.0.6 wont work) ((
