undongled TEMS discovery 10.0.1

put attached two dlls into the installation folder, TEMS discovery 10 should work. the same undongle method should apply to other version, but not tested yet, and needs minor revision.

undongled by myself. please test.

anybody has version 12.0 dongle, please contact me- I may have solution.
