    Is this mapinfo plugin used for both optimization and planning of handover or only for optimization???

    hi

    when i tried to use the MBX it was showing some error like.

    Error22.opening GSM.mBX.

    also discription of OMCR was given in chinese/is it a huawei tool?

    Please send any docs or help files.
