[Question] TEMS Discovery Device 11.x can not use "Cell Radius Analysis"

I developed and used TEMS Discovery Device 11.1.2, TEMS Discovery Device 11.1.4, TEMS Discovery Device 11.1.6, TEMS Discovery Device 11.1.8, TEMS Discovery Device 11.1.10
But it can not use "Cell Radius Analysis"
I attached file picture.
Please arrange the time and develop together this version.

Problem is happen with scan based, Cell Radius Analysis still work with UE based.

There is new version Tems Discovery v12 at this time. Why don't you use this version to develop functions?
