E******* EvDO stats

Hi everybody, I have a problem with processing data for statistics in E******* system with EvDO rel 0. Maybe someone has a manual o datasheet about the counters and formulas to get stats. I have the RNC files with counter, but i dont have information about the formula using that counters.

I have attatched one file with some counters... please your help.
