    Default LTE - RRC Setup Resource Fail

    Dears,

    In my network, L.RRC.SetupFail.ResFail.UserSpec counter pegged for 1 cell during event. What is the reasons of pegging this counter and how can i troubleshoot where is the problem. I checked already on internet but i could not find any proper thing about this counter. Please share your experience.
