Dear expert,

currently our network is Huawei RAN 18 and just develop/deployment Green BTS feature

-Multicarrier switch OFF based on QoS
-Multicarrier switch OFF based on power backup
-energy power efficiency


anyone can help me to share the right procedure to activate above feature, as per my observation we already distributed license + basic parameter configure but seems counter observation still not counted and we can said the feature is not running well.

any suggestion or trail report as per your experienced are welcome.
