    Default FMA supporting RAN17

    Dear huawei experts,

    UMTS FMA ENG V3.8.4 takes too much time to load PCHR files for RAN17.

    How to deal with that ? any others version for RAN 17 ?

    PS : V3.8.1 and V3.8.2 does not decode PCHR files RNC17 correctly.
